Special Need for Sister BJ Print E-mail

Sister B.J. is always grateful for whatever we offer her to distribute to the homeless and needy.  However, she has explained that she has a very special immediate need for men's underwear in sizes 32, 34 & 36 and women's underwear in most all sizes.  This will be our July collection.  Donations brought in early will be transported immediately.

You’ve done it again! Print E-mail

Our parish collected a total of 3,170 bottles of water for Sr. B.J.’s Pantry.  As you know, the bottled water is put in the lunch bags given out to the homeless.  This is a significant savings for Sr. B.J. and will last her through much of the summer.  I am especially grateful to D.W. Hearn, Henry Aaron, Chris Wright, Mike Cotter, Arthur McAnulty, Mike Spidell, Matt Spidell, Andrew Spidell, Shay McHone, Steve Keaton, Sean McCoy, Riley McCoy, Jacob Nguyen, and the Vietnamese Youth group for assisting with collection and transport.  We have a great parish and wonderful volunteers!
